Commanders who do not yet own these heroes need not worry. We are introducing an "Exchange Pool" featuring 24 existing heroes, which can be used to redeem any of the 18 heroes in the this Core Lineup. Please note: The hero being used for exchange and the one being redeemed must be the same type.

Q: What does "Exchange" actually mean? If I have a hero in the "Exchange Pool" at Level 120 and 5 stars, can I swap it for one of the 18 Core Lineup heroes directly?

A: Exactly! All progress from your original hero—including Star Level, Hero Level, and Exclusive Skill levels—will be fully inherited.

Q: Can I combine multiple existing heroes to exchange for a single hero under the new system?

A: No. Hero exchanges are strictly one-to-one and must be completed in a single transaction. Combining or "pooling" multiple heroes for one exchange is not supported. We recommend that Commanders choose their candidates from the Exchange Pool carefully.

Q: What happens to the heroes who are not included in the 18+24 list?

A: Rest assured, all other heroes will continue to fight by your side. We guarantee that no hero will be wasted! We will reveal the specific details of this new system to all Commanders in an upcoming announcement.

Q: Will the Hero Trial feature remain available in the future?

A: We may adjust the hero pool within the Hero Trial. Meanwhile, the team is exploring new ways and formats to introduce heroes.
